Well, it's been a few weeks unfortunately since episode 1 went up. I had planned on releasing episode 2 within a week or two of 1 but life got in the way. But this week I will be recording episode 2 and hopefully getting it up by this Friday. I have some really good music submissions that I'm excited about so far, too.
More audio serial news: The Shining in Crimson audio serial will eventually go up on Podiobooks.com Because of which the serial itself will be getting an overhaul. Some needed fixes to my recording process will be made (shortening the intro, bringing up the volume of the narration, lowering the volume of the end track, etc.) and a "fixed" version of episode 1 will be put in place of the one up now.
Meanwhile, editing for the final draft of the novel is going smoothly as well. After all that's come at me and my family this last month we are happy to be on vacation in Florida and enjoying it well. Of course, with being surrounded by such beautiful scenery, one can't help but be inspired. And though I had already started working on the sequel to Shining in Crimson some time ago, I had barely half a chapter to show for it and many questions yet unanswered in my own head. Last night answers came as well as some more writing, so with luck I'll be getting at least a couple chapters of the next book done this week.
Well, that's all for now. Back to vacation land...
